Noodles and Bar is a pearl in the Playa restaurant
scene. They serve the best Thai food in town,
but also have lots of other favorite dishes, such as
Swedish meatballs!
With a funky hip vibe and a bar full of pinups
from the 50s, this restaurant/bar is another of our
absolute favorites in town. The food is always
fresh and tasty - hat off for not being timid with spices!
The portions are big enough to please anyone, and everything
on the menu can be ordered as half portions.
Babe's is great for vegetarians; they have some
great salads (try the Vietnamese Shrimp salad) and all
stir-fries can be made without meat or chicken.
The bar serves great drinks to a great price, and if
the open kitchen doesn't provide you enough entertainment,
grab something to read from the stack of magazines or
play some backgammon.
