Yes, the Dortor is in the house. Dr. Carlo and his wife Cecilia came to Playa from Guadalajara where they ran a medical clinic. Their culinary interest came from traveling around the country and sampling flavors from many regions. From this experience they have created a super salsa bar with at least 8 fresh choices offered daily.
Dr. Taco has something for everyone including a great selection for vegetarians. Try the chille guero stuffedwith shrimp and cheese and deep fried…wow!
The atmosphere is as fresh as the food with great music from funk to reggae.
