Step into Byblos dinning room and you may think you've crossed the Atlantic. The flowing white linen and low candlelight scream French romance. Sylvie's staff is professional and will stop at nothing to ensure you enjoy your dinning experience.
Some of Byblos elegant dishes include Duck Foie Gras sautéed with vegetables and cider and served on a bed of apples. Escargot and French onion soup also top the list of favorite French delights. The Dorado fillet in a white wine cream sauce with shrimp speaks for itself. Lobster medallions served with a creamy ginger sauce is a taste you won't soon forget.
