Jungle Crossing Expedition

Book here and each person gets a free T-shirt!!
(15 dollar value)

Lose your jaded "been there/done that" attitude with Alltournative's Jungle Crossing Expedition.

This fully-packed day includes a kayak adventure in beautiful, tranquil Punta Soliman bay. Here you'll snorkel the Caribbean reef that has made this area so popular, seeing many varieties of tropical fish, coral and sea sponges.

You'll also visit the Mayan community of Rancho San Felipe, entrance to the awe-inspiring Nohoch Nah Chich cenote system, the second-longest underground river system in the world. While swimming in these fresh water caves sacred to the Maya, you'll marvel at the "centuries-in-the-making" stalactite and stalagmite formations and the pristine water clarity.

A trip highlight is the bumpy, raucous ride into the heart of the jungle in the back of Alltournative's Mercedes Benz Unimog 4 x 4 all-terrain vehicle. Hold onto your hat!

Back at Rancho San Felipe, your gracious Mayan hosts will stuff you full of delicious, homemade Yucatecan food. ¡Provecho!
