IMO this matter should either be discussed between the two parties themselves, or fully out in the open.
Neither of this is happening, or so it seems. I hope they choose for the first option, and I would hate to see them choosing the second one which would probably end up in mud slinging by people who don't have anything to do with the matter in the first place.
Bottom line is, however, that Playa.info is James' and Anna's business and they can do with it as they see fit (within legal boundaries, obviously).
I hope none of this causes peeps to chose anyone's side.
I know I don't want to, nor intend to.
