The year I got a baby doll and Blue Willow porcelain tea set. Made me the happiest little girl that year. Then my dad apparently forgot to take the child-sized mop & broom set from under the bed and I found it the following day. I was all set to be a really good "momma" to my baby
About five or six years ago hubby surprised me with an 8 piece set of "grown" up "made in England" Blue Willow set. Every year I tell the same story to my kids as I drag it out for breakfast on Christmas Eve.
Doesn't go with my decor but I love that dinner set.
