Any news on the old Pancho's Hotel?

Now that a little time has gone by I was wondering what was going on with the Hotel itself and if anyone has heard of any plans for the property? Or anything about the Bar?????

heard on the street the other day that the new owners of the ******t purchased Panchos and Fridas Bar. Any truth to that rumor ?

This is great news. Wonder what the plans are? Is that Property adjacent in the back to their property along the beach? If so they will have a nice chunk of real estate that goes from 5th Ave to the beach.

No that property does not go through to the ******. The Tropical Casablanca Hotel is directly behind the old Frida bar.
