i just returned from my 2 week vacation at reff club playacar a couple of days ago and i really had a good time. its smaller than most other places along the playcar resort strip but therefor has a nice layout and is a bit more intimate. its not one of the topnoch all inklusive places you can in that area.. but i liked it way better from what i have seen at all them 5 star riu places. the food at the buffet, snackbar and italian restaurant was always very good and they had a nice variety every day. staff from the different bars, restaurants or the activity team was really nice, polite and caring. Everything was always very clean. The rooms/bathrooms were cleaned throughoughly every day and even during the day employees were always out and about around the places to keep everything nice and clean.
