I have a favourite (though, as the woman says you have to add spice to make it hot): Frijoles Charros Especiales, at El Pastorcito (30th Av. & 30th St.).

A big, steaming bowl of beans, chorizo, chuletas and vegetables. Just the ticket for the chilly nights we're having in Playa.
