Carribean feeling????
Hi again,
the wife and I love that carribean feeling, i.e. chilling to smooth/jazzy raggae and Jimmy Buffett, what is the chillin' atmosphere in Playa? will we miss the raggae? or will something better take its place???? thanks again.. been reading this forum since we found it 2 weeks ago.. good to see nice people sharing ideas. Depending on where you're vegging on the playa you will hear salsa, merengue, some raggae and Buffett and other north of the boarder music. It all kind of blends together to create Playa's own unique feel. I always find the waves hitting the shore to be the universal Carribean the music.
If you want something special just bring along your CD player and a pair of those little speakers for them and kick back and enjoy. |

They played alot of reggae on the Fat Cat. I never really cared for it before. Guess I never really paid attention. Now I am addicted. I bought myself an MP3 player and loaded it up with some reggae as well as a little bit of salsa and mariachi. Plug myself into it at work to keep me in the Playa mood. Hurry up May!!
