SO very true! I was notorious for doing this, and it was one of my downfalls. Your body will go into starvation mode and store fat because it doesn't know when it's going to get fed again. I know the "sit at your desk for 10 hours" thing and wouldn't get up to eat lunch no matter what, and usually always skipped breakfast anyway - but that's all very bad for you. The saying goes - you have to eat to lose! Grab a banana, a whole wheat bagel with some peanut butter, granola (homemade with no sugar is best

), anything - just eat!
BTW...I have not had a drink since NY Eve, and I don't miss it one bit. Thank gawd that's one thing I don't struggle with! I like my booze, but i save it for holidays and travel days.
