Absolutely! That's my favorite part of working out in fact. The cardio part I do too but I don't have to like it!

I weight train with a trainer so she sets the routine, but it changes each time. Upper body, lower body, abs - usual sequence. I've been with her for a year now and have seen a lot of progress in my strength and what I can lift. Very important for a woman of "my age"
