Muchas gracias to chicagodoc for the feedback on his use of the list. You seem to have a pretty sophisticated food appreciation, because you agreed with me on just about everything. Sorry to hear that the posole at El Serape did not live up to what I remembered. I will give it another try and see if it is what I remembered or if it slipped a notch.
And if you thought that the green sauce at El Oasis was not too hot, then they either changed the sauce or you have an asbestos mouth. If you go to 26th and 1st Avenue to Pinche Gringo, where Jaime opened up with his original El Oasis menu, you can try the original green sauce.
And just for general information, the list has been updated again as of February 19th of 2008. It is because of the feedback and personal recommendations that I am able to keep this list current.
