I like risk takers and wish I had taken more in my 20's. Good on ya! However, as far as your bar experience, I didn't think non-Mexicans could get jobs in the food service industry, specifically bartenders, waiters, bar backs, etc? If they can, LET ME KNOW! I'll go learn to bartend instead of getting in English degree and ESL certification so I can teach English down there!
