Okay, guys, the time is getting near and I am getting excited... although I am working so much that I have barely time to think about my upcoming trip to the Philippines. Only 3 days left (one of them in Zurich
) and then I am off on friday.
Will go to Manila first, stay there two nights (still hope to make a daytrip on sunday but since so far I am the only one to book it it is still unclear whether it will take place).
Monday I am going to Dauin on the island of Negros to the
Atlantis Resort Dumaguete (already looking forward to my hammock with view to the ocean
). Will be going diving there at least 4 days out of the 5 I'll be staying there. Diving on the Philippines is a dream for underwater photographers and I intend to take lots and lots of pics... there is a reef accessible from the beach so I might be snorkelling when I am not diving. Gee, I DO have to find some time for the hammock...
After 6 nights I will to Panglao Island which is part of Bohol Island for another 6 nights. My resort, the
Bohol Beach Club does have a beautiful white beach. I'll go diving there as well but want to see the Chocolate Hills and the Tarsiers (I'll probably call them Gremlins since I can remember THAT name...
).
as well. You can go whale- and dolphin watching from there which is something I wanna do as well (unfortunately no swimming with the whales).
After that it is another night in Manila with hopefully a city tour and then I am back home after a little more than two weeks...
The actual report will probably start on saturday (depending on internet connectivity in Manila).
