They should be complete in 2010. Cantex is well funded.
The US economy has little to do with market conditions here. At least it hasn't affected our numbers. It's a still a cash market here, even though mortgages are starting to become viable for US and Canadians Buyers. I am always surprised at the amounts of $$$ that change hands here every day. It's truly astonishing.
