Given the timing and gender perspectives involved, I can't help but wonder if Gloria Steinem wasn't reacting in part to the negative remarks made about Clinton's experience on Fox the other day during Brit Hume's segment, especially as they were contrasting her experience with McCain's in one bit. (This was where they said that her ad was really a McCain ad; Roni won't believe it, probably, but I purposely avoided posting any link or excerpt because I do in fact keep the kid gloves on sometimes with reference to some Clinton comments.
) If anybody saw that, well see if you don't think there could be some connection, there...
