The one on Calle 1 Sur is under new ownership, but from other reports, the quality/food is still the same. I haven't eaten there, so can't comment.
There is a new location for the "old" owners of HC, on Constituyentes between Avenidas 25 and 30. I've eaten here several times, since it's right around the corner from my house.
I haven't eaten at Don Emilione, thanks for the suggestion.
