I don't believe that any conflict training comes with the job...imo, most moderators are just doing the best they can do in what can be a raucous forum...Sometimes, when I think there may be some unfair treatment, I then consider that I also find it difficult to predict what a moderator might be saying to another person in private who may be acting irresponsibly...<shrug>
And yes,you do quite well handling yourself!
