Don't tell him to do that..... As a crime watch chairperson in my neighborhood..we really try to stop that from happening. People don't clean it up and it blows all over the neighborhood...
Slash his tires instead

Now, JT...... "Two wrongs don't make a right", "Turn the other cheek", "Do onto others before they do onto you". Wait a minute.... I think I got that last one wrong....

I know you're just talking and wouldn't do that. Cuz that would be just lowering yourself down to his level, and you're too good for that.

As for a note, it's a good thought, but someone who acts like that as an adult is far beyond being influenced by others. I just hope the guy doesn't have kids who he's teaching by example.

you should have dropped the bag in the yard and called the cops and said somthing suspicious was going on at the address regarding a chid and his bag

sit back and watch the show

at a minimum the police would return the bag or have it in lost and found

and the asshole would have a bad day- maybe hes smokin dope or has expired plates or some other issue that would turn into a problem-everybody wins
