I throw Aaron in there as a toss up... is he considered a "survivor" or not? Either way, I believe that Jin "has to be" dead, the same way that the rest of the Survivors are. In Kate's trial, Jack said that Kate saved 8 people. Is it safe to assume that one of those would be Jin, which is how Sun became pregnant? Either way, I think that someone must be keeping a close eye on the 6, because of the way Hurley acted when he asked if anyone else was coming to Korea...
