Brugal...sorry I forgot to answer one of your questions....did not see a tequila bar...though it may have been in the Platinum lobby and I never looked in there. centavo25...all swim up rooms face in...the pools are pretty much all connected and occupy the geographical center of the resort...so if your Riveria side you will get sun on your balcony all afternoon and if your Sunset side you will get shade all afternoon...I think what you saw was probably the area where "sunshinejk" was...she was in our building and had a swim out room but across from her swim out area there were trees that separated the swim up area from the main activity pool...basically there was a canal sort of pool in front of all the rooms that connected to the main pool area...I'm sure "sunshinejk" will be looking in here from time to time and she can maybe give you more info on that...on the wine...yes, they have wine but it borders on the undrinkable...it is some house brand that I am certain is probably made from some imported concentrate...honestly though I just went to Walmart in town and bought some very nice Chilean wines....bottles that I am familiar with at home that cost me in the $15 to $30 CDN range at home were readily available for $6 to $15 CDN...never tried to take any to dinner although I am sure they would be glad to serve you your own wine...they are very accomodating...sonofdob.
