We used "the list" on our trip in January and I have to say that our most memorable - in a good way - meals were the ones where we ventured off 5th. I could really go for some empanadas from Doņa Maria's right now! I gave my copy of the list to a just arrived couple checking in to Posada Mariposa as we were checking out.
