I don't need to be told about the diving - I love the cenotes and the Akumal/PDC/Cozumel reef. Please tell me why YOU spend your seasonal time there. Who are your friends? well ed, first of all welcome......i go to playa for about 9-10 weeks a year, i am from canada and work seasonal 2 jobs....so i have the winters off.....as you know things are beginning to get alot more expensive than 3 years ago...the dollar certainly helps, but do you really need to own a place down there now at your age? are you full retired yet.......there is alot of questions to be answered.....big decisions
