I heard that some people was lobbing for less restrictive rules; but do not exactly know which group in particular. The fact that there is interest about it, makes me feel that there could be future amendments to the density law... But don't take this as complete official, I said: Jeopardize... On the other hand you are all right, what is good of a law when everybody bribes their way around it!
