I flew them from Cancun to Orlando in January. The flights were fine, attendants were fine, planes were fine. However, their gate area in Ft Lauderdale was a freakin' ZOO! Don't plan on picking up a snack there (or having a potty break!
) as lines were at least half an hour long. Gate areas are packed solid with people and they had issues changing everyone's gates when I was there so people were shoving themselves through trying to get to where they needed to be and confusion reigned. Otherwise, they are
well worth the cheaper prices.
