That's a great thread Susie! I also like the food glossary
here. I'm such a dork I actually copied it and pasted it to a doc on my desktop and I add to it when I find something new. I have also made some notations about where the best places are to find certain things. I plan to print it out with the latest restaurant list closer to our visit.
