I think the more things change the more they stay the same. My Grandma remembers hating her boobs & thighs in school as does my Mom. The days before plastic surgery were even around. I believe their has always been an obsession with "beauty".....look back to the Roman years for example....however our perception of what "Beauty" is is what has changed. I don't think plastic surgery is the root of it.
My small boobs didn't sit well with me.
