I'm very sorry for everyone who has been a victim of theft
I have been robbed on several different occasions (in the US) and it sucks.......
I can't say this surprises me, though- I always figured those broken bottle-topped walls and barred windows were for some reason......poverty and theft does tend to go hand in hand
