We don't allow lots of things- we fine people who yell out 'fire' in a crowded theatre, we don't allow our teachers to teach impressionable kids that the Holocaust never happened....or that evolution is a lie  ....should we allow people to say that blacks or gays are inferior in the town square? It's complicated, for sure. There was a white supremist group who had a permit to gather in Toledo a few years ago. Protesters countered and there was a genuine riot, multiple arrests and damaged buildings.
