Anyone have any info on this new place, like where exactly is it located or when it is opening?

It's located in Cancun and is scheduled to open Dec 1st.

Thanks Denisea - I thought that it looked like closer to Tulum from the photos. I've never spent time in Cancun, or in AI's, but this looked very nice - and offers a European plan.
