the beach at PDC
When we were there in May there were a bunch of orange dividers to keep the beach from eroading. How did that go and how is the beach to date?
BTW Playa Maya Rocks. WE had a wonderful time staying there. Thank You, Mr. and Mrs. Ryberg |

Hiya!
I'm certainly happy to hear that you and Playa maya were a good combination (as you would expect me to be!). You'll also be happy to know that the beach reclamation project was discontinued and all the poles and nets removed, and that Hurricane Ivan (however temporarily) did more quite literally in 24 hours to help the beach in many parts of central Playa more than months of those unsightly poles and nets did. Three links you may want to to check out on this topic are here, here, and here. Steve |

Thanks steve
The beach does look beautiful. We decided to take the Family to Isla Mujeres, however i have a post into Heather to do a James and Ana tour, god knows why i would want to get up at 4am to be in PDC by 7am. Got to figure this out to be to my advantage time wise. I hope we can come by and have a drink at your place before we go back to Isla.
