We ate at both El Fogon and HC Monterrey
the end of January and both places served excellent food with great service. Our arracherra (HC) was freshly grilled and medium rare, exactly what we ordered. Loved the "huge" baked potatoe with the garlic sauce.
The el pastor at El Fogon was extremely good and fresh off the roast, not heated up left-overs that we got at Carboncitas one night. Hope it was just a bad night at HC and that El Fogon is still there when we come back.
