There's a brand-new Courtyard by Marriot that's 5 minutes from the airport. That's the closest one I know of. Here's a link:
Courtyard by Marriott Cancun, Cancun Hotels. Otherwise, you have to go to downtown Cancun, which is kind of out of the way. There, there are several nice little hotels close to the bus station.
