The most recent review in Trip Advisor said the Mexican fiesta was $60 a person. Here is a quote from that review about the restaurants:
"Restaurants: All of them are very nice and the food is great. I highly recommend the Mexican Fiesta night, which is on Thursday's, for $60.00/person the show and dinner are well worth it.
All in all the prices are not much more than a mid-priced restaurant in the states with entrees ranging from $12 - $25."
