Some of my most memorable compliments have been:
By my kids: "When I have children, I will raise them like you raised me." This from teens!
(Son had volunteered at a day camp last summer, and daughter has been babysitting "brats" for many years).
My father: "I named you well." Not going into details, but everytime I am down, I remember his words and I feel so lucky he had loved and respected me so much.
By my husband: Too numerous to mention, but again, being loved and honoured by people I care about so much, means the world to me. I look at him and he does not need any words for me to see in his eyes, he is complimenting me daily for being the wife/person that I am
