Yoga is about practicing presence and acceptance. You have to be where you are with your body, mind and spirit each day. Listen to your body and treat it with love. Go to your edge but take care of yourself. Some days I spend half the class in childs pose because that is what I need. Other days its amazing and I go further in a pose than I ever thought possible. There is a great book called Meditations From the Mat by Rolf Gates. He compiled daily yoga meditations for 365 days and is very inspiring. All yogis have bad days. Namaste
