You're right the hotel is totally seperate from the BP. It is now Playa Palms and I am an owner. We fired the manger 2 years ago. Helge is our manager. Victor is the best. I have never seen anything like his friendly demeanor and willingness to please guests. We are lucky to have him. Ask Victor to show you one of the rooms. All have new furnishings. Nice.
