Turns out that the fight Josh got in last week was worse than I (and the school) thought. A kid video taped it and the school found out. They all watched it and wouldn't let me see it. They said it was now police evidence and they didn't want me to see it. I guess it was a group of kids yelling at the kid to kick Josh in the face and beat him worse. Josh didn't have a mark on him and they wanted to know if he did. They (police) are pressing charges against the kid but he will continue to go to school with Josh. I told the police that I have to school 6 times for bullying this year and I am tired of it. The school is eating crow now because I told them last week that the kid lied to them and he started it all. I am so mad I could spit! and sad for Josh because he had to go through this. I have been in tears all afternoon.

So sorry to hear about this Suzy.
I'm sorry your week is ending on a sour note. Unfortunately the school probably saw the tape, realized they screwed up, and is doing all they can not to get sued. That's crazy that they won't let you see the tape. I'll PM you a few tequila shots!
It sounds like from this and the following posts of yours that I was a lot like Josh when I was his age.
