DAY 3 This is our last full day in Playa. Most of the peeps that we had been hanging with went to Tulum ….we decided just to hang around town and veg out. Hit the beach in the morning and soaked up some rays. Lunch time it clouded up a little and a few rain drops fell….so we decided it was time to walk around a bit and get a bite to eat. We stopped at Carboncitos (one of my favs) for lunch…

We just wandered around town and soaked in Playa. We were to meet a few peeps for Dinner at Manne’s (Prime Rib nite). They got back in town around 7 pm and we headed out to eat……Man,was it good…..here are a few shots….








After dinner we walked with the gang over to the Beer Bucket for the last time…..pretty dead…so we said our goodbyes to everyone. We had to fly back home in the morning. It was a very short weekend trip….but we had a blast. I think we really surprised some of our friends by showing up. It was very relaxing. It was good to finally meet some peeps that I have talked to and heard so much about. Can’t wait to do it again…..hopefully next year. They did finally break ground on our new home in Colorado as we flew home Monday…..so that means the rest of my summer will be shuttling back n fourth from Chicago to Denver. I’ll try and keep everyone posted of our progress. Great to see you all and we sure do hope to see you all again real soon.
