Any recommendations for a fun place to go during the week for drinks and if we get our drink on enough, a little dancing? Looking for a place that doesn't charge a cover to get into, a place that's not pretentious, that's lively and has a good mix of people, music and a good/fun atmosphere. Any ideas?
Ohhh...I vaguely remember the last time we were in Playa, we had dinner at Babe's Noodle Bar one night, and there was this place across the street - ultra modern and it looked just like something we didn't want to see in Playa (coming from Los Angeles, where that's ALL we see). Of course, I guess, that's the nightclub scene in general... "too cool for school" as we like to call it. I think we're just looking for a fun environment that's not the same as every other cheezy nightclub. Does that even exist???? Anyone?
