beer for the holidays
I hit Sam's the other day and to my delight I found they had some special imports including:
Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier: girlie sweet beer IMHO, but I'm glad it's there for people that like that Warsteiner Premium Verum: my company's booth at a (?'94?) Munich bottling machinery show was very close to the Warsteiner guys who were very generous with samples... and, surprise surprise, a shrink-wrapped two-pack of big champagne-corked growlers from a Canadian craft brewer Unibroue. Maudite and La Find du Monde Both highly rated. Oh Canada! |

Plug one (or two, or three) for the Canadians! As a matter of interest, or boredom, the Maudite Biere literally translates to The Cursed Beer. O'TAY!!Possible effects??
