well said and i know this is a very touchy subject.

in very general terms, i realize that it's normal for middle aged people to gain weight and lose muscle mass. and as they age, maintaining a healthy body can be more of a struggle for some compared to others, BUT PEOPLE, that girl is only 17 years old and take a good, long, look at her body. she does not have nice, womanly, curves; she is disproportionately fat and that can be dangerous. to promote that young woman's/child's body as something "healthy" scares the crap out of me. if i had a 17 year old daughter and she looked like that i would be very concerned about her health and particularly so in the coming years. i am also sickened to see twig thin young girls as well. most of us truly realize that a healthy body is somewhere in between. hate me if you want but i feel very strongly about weight issues.
