You should not worry but if you are looking at 12th street you are definately going to have lots of more traffic and noise later

There are a least half a dozen more sightings. And even a mention from someone who’s friends actually visited the location in Playa and did have a very good evening.



I prefer the Hard Rock Cafe in Playa compared to the Coco Bongo in Playa. But then again I could change my mind if either of them actually does get built.
