I have been getting quotes on materials to complete the shelter and so far the cost of the galvanised sheets i want to use as dividers is coming in at $14000 peso i will work on getting that down.
I am having some issues with the builder about the quality of the work he has done so far, we are not happy with the condition of the roof, there are huge gaps all the way around which are going tyo let rain in and also any strong winds may damage the roof so i am refusing to pay the whole bill unless he fixes the problem, i guess he thought that as it was "just for dogs" that shoddy work would suffice...wrong !!! ..watch this space
