the festival is between 5th and 10th ave. on 16th bis. It cost 50 pesos ($5) to get in and all samples are free. There is also arts and crafts for sale along with a miss tequilla contest as well as the dos equies girls and other things happening there is a video out there from last year if you can't find it I will help if you want to see it.
