Nightlife improved?

Hello Guys!

First post in the forum

Im going to Playa del Carmen last 15 days of january and been there in 2001, my question is, nightlife has been "improved" since that time? i remember ****** bue is there more clubs and music places?

Also, if anybody is planning to gather and have fun there for that dates i would like to join
