Glad you got your camera back Leesa, I am enjoying living vicariously through you and your family. Our kids are about the same age, I thought you were staying in Playa for the winter, I guess your plans have changed. FYI, Canada beat Russia 6-1 to win the World Junior tournament, great games great bunch of kids!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Joan

Ginger,

I too must have missed something, thought you were staying for a while? Anyway, I see from the previous posts...your heading to San Antonio AND San Diego.

We live in Tucson, you passed right by here on the way down. Apparently, your going right by here again on the way to San Diego. We have a couple spare bedrooms if you guys would like to stop and stay?? You guys are more than welcome!! We would be happy to have ya'!! I'd even have some margarita's waitin' on ya......maybe even give you a 'tour' of the Desert too?

If so....PM me, and I'll be happy to give you phone #'s and address.

Drive SAFE!!!!!!!!!!

I agree...it sounds like the ENTIRE group was sloshed!!! Is there an opened bottle of Tequila in PDC that wasn't finished by the Group??? Sounds like you all had fun...sorry we missed the trip by a day....hopefully next year (and I'll be SURE to put my name on my camera ).
Anyways, I'm glad it seems the lost camera caper has been solved

We brought both good and disposable (underwater) cameras to PDC this trip,...and we were glad we did. We got soaked on our snorkel excursion around Isla Mujeres Christmas day. Good thing we brought the disposable along, the pictures lack clarity, but if you don't have a waterproof case for your good camera,....it is an inexpensive, readily available alternative. Here are a couple of pics taken on the disposable on Christmas day snorkelling around Isla Mujeres. Anyone of you divers know the name of the statute (was located on the West side of the island, near a lighthouse??

Actually, I found the camera on the floor of the van, while everyone was getting out. I called out, "Whose camera?? Whose camera?" and Lil G took it off my hands.

Ginger,

Please don’t forget to invoice Scott for the camera rental costs that you incurred later in the week. It would be best to get the cash on its way to you, so that my invoice does not come as too much of a shock. Renting those high end Olympus cameras from me is kind of expensive but well worth it.

Mike.
