The Tequila Barrel for sure. They have several TV's and it has a great football atmosphere especially when you bring your own crew. Its nice and big and open.

there's no need to worry because it doesn't exist anymore (Kick Ass Shrimp)

Tequila Barrel and the No Name are two different bars (side by side).

Cabalova closed down. A new "version" is on Fifth in North Playa.

This is not the TB? It's the no name bar?

Hey Zippy,

I guess we were at the No Name Bar and not the Tequila Barrel. But Im sure If you would have went in the Tequila Barrel and there were no TV's you would have figured it out.
Ummm, JVC 9800 dig videocam / Sony DSC 717 and Canon S500 with underwater camera case. I use Windows Movie Maker to create the slideshows and the song is Mexico by Jimmy Buffett.

The wife and I went to Tulum three years ago. We came on a tour from Cancun. It was a long day. It was still worth the trip.

Its our favorite place down there. The Tulum Ruins are great. But we go there to jump off the cliffs and swim around away from where everybody else does at the horse shoe beach area. There are all kinds of crabs on the rocks and have seen Barracuda around also. If you just take a pair of those speedo swimming goggles and can swim a little you are set.
If you want to find Conc Shells Just down from the Tulum Ruins south you come to a light on the right side is the San Fran Grocery Store hang a left and go down to the little police outpost then hang a right and just drive. Go past all the hotels about 10 miles and the beaches are the best anywhere. We would stop every mile or two and just check out the beaches. Found 30 conc shells I cant tell you how beautifull it was and also their is no one around. Tulum and the Beaches past the Tulum Hotel Zone are a for sure thing to do without hesitation.
