this may be a dumb question- but how do they work tstar?

Do you go in and pay first or when you are done, or what?

The ones that I have used the first time we ever went to Playa...We payed for the time we were on it. I cant remember what browser they used but you would just go to whatever you wanted to visit. I went to aol to check and send some mail. Very simple I think I paid a couple of bucks for ten or fifteen minutes.

The all work the same ... you pay when you are finished. The last one that we were at displays how long you have been on and how much you need to pay. As a rule look for ones that are off of 5th ... they are much cheaper.

Hey, Rissa, usually you pay in Internet cafes when you're done. When I was in Playa they could see which computer I had used and how long I had used it and then paid for it. Easy to do... (still, when I enter I usually ask which PC I can use).

Regards
Andrea

Hey Rissa,
just set up an email address you can use anywhere (like Hotmail, but not necessarily this one) and you can receive and answer all of them. Just make sure you don't have to download the mails on a personal PC (my provider fortunately has webmail so we even got our dad used to using webmail when they are away... it's much easier and cheaper!)

I love the internet, it makes life a lot easier! Mostly.....

Andrea

Darn that is the only way to send hey? I don't need to receive but I would like to send...but that is okay.

If I can't do without the Internet on my vacation I have a serious problem anyway !

Thanks people.

No offense about the Internet crack ...we don't have a home computer so I am not as addicted maybe as some! I just went without it for 11 days over Xmas (well I got on my Dads for a bit) and it was a nice rest!!
